Denise Prosek – Music Director
As founding music director of Theater Latté Da, Denise Prosek has music directed over 30 mainstage productions and fifty cabarets and concerts for Theater Latté Da as well as music directing productions for The Children’s Theatre Company, Park Square, Theater Mu, Hennepin Theatre Trust, University of Minnesota, St. Paul Conservatory for the Performing Arts, the IVEY Awards, and a workshop production for the Guthrie. An accomplished pianist, Denise has performed at most venues in the Twin Cities, including Ordway Center, Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, Mixed Blood, Illusion, and the Guthrie. Denise holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from St. Olaf College and has been honored as Best Music Director by Lavender in 2010 for Evita and Outstanding Musical Director by Star Tribune in 2008 for Parade and in 2006 for Gypsy.
