SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND BUILDING UPGRADES
UPGRADED HVAC SYSTEM WITH UVC GERMICIDAL LIGHTS
To help prevent the spread of any airborne diseases, we’ve installed UVC lights in the ductwork of the Ritz Theater that is effective at inactivating viruses, bacteria, and mold. Airflow turnover is now constant, increased to turn the air over 4 times an hour in the theater and rehearsal room.
UPGRADED AIR FILTRATION
We’ve improved all air filtration systems in all air filtration systems of the building as additional added measures to remove and trap germs, diseases, and molds.
TOUCHLESS FAUCETS AND SOAP DISPENSERS
Our restrooms in the lobby and rehearsal areas have been upgraded with touchless faucets and soap dispensers to help reduce the number of surfaces we share in the Ritz Theater.
HAND SANITIZER STATIONS
It’s easy to find hand sanitizer throughout the Ritz Theater, with hand sanitizer stations at all entrances, exits, and in key higher-traffic locations in our lobby, green room, and rehearsal hall.
Theater Latté Da and the Ritz Theater are following all Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and local guidelines, as well as those put forth by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We are observing all safety requirements put forth by the artist unions to ensure the safety of our artists, actors and musicians.
