When Peter Rothstein’s All is Calm: The Christmas Truce of 1914 premiered last year, critics predicted that this original work of musical theater would become a classic. It already has. Performed by Rothstein’s Theater Latté Da and the a cappella men’s group Cantus, All is Calm is based on a true story about how peace trumped war on the Western Front in 1914.
